As part of Tire Pros, George’s rotated my Ohio-bought tires for free. I interacted with three different employees–couldn’t have been nicer. Free wifi & multiple charging ports reveal that they consider their customers. In/out 20 mins. Being from Ohio, don’t know if we’ll ever be in this neck of the woods again, but highly recommend this garage.

I noticed one of my tires was low I stopped at the shop and the gentleman for help. He said it was no problem and one of his team filled up the air. He noted there was a nail in my tire and the tire needed to be patched. He pulled up my car in the garage and soon my car was ready! Fantastic service with a smile! This was not the first time, they always greet their clients and do their best to solve the issue.

I’ve been coming here for years, and they’ve always provided excellent service. The staff is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, and I know I can trust them to take great care of my vehicle. The guys at George’s were amazing, they had the tire we needed for our RV when nobody else had it or wanted to help us. EDIT: The owners reached out to us and replaced two of our wheels, which we really appreciated. We were told the technician responsible for the damage was reprimanded. Although we don’t plan on returning, we are grateful that they took responsibility and replaced the two most damaged wheels. Thank you for the resolution. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. We brought our truck in for new tires and ended up with 3 out of 4 rims damaged, and not just lightly. Only a few minor scrapes existed beforehand, but what we got back was a whole different level. On the first wheel, it looks like their balancing machine scratched the rim in perfect circles, absolutely tearing up the finish. On the second, there are deep, brutal gouges like someone used a tool and a mallet to force the old tire off. The third wheel has more gouges and damage that 100% were not there before. These wheels were nearly $2,000, and we paid $1,700 for this work just to have them wrecked. We will never be back, and I pray to God they make this right, because this is unacceptable. I know for a fact the rims didn’t have anything even remotely close to this damage prior. Please, please, PLEASE!!! take photos of your wheels the day you go in, because apparently this place can’t be trusted with your property. I hope no one else gets screwed over like we did.

Brought in our suv with a screw sticking out of the tread. They took it in removed the screw and it wasn’t leaking. Even though the did the work I offered to pay. And they said it wasn’t leaking and they wouldn’t change us. Great place! I highly recommend these guys if you’re in need. Appeared to have a great selection and great prices too.

Fast, friendly, competent service. I noticed that everyone was on task and getting work done and done correctly. I was told it would take 45 minutes for a flat repair. They had a person on the job in no more than 15 minutes. Done in 25 minutes. As Arnold would say “I’ll be back”.

Got the information & quote & it was the best info & less than $2.00 above the lowest quote but with better warranty & service (nation wide) & tires. They checked my spare, which others told me needed to be replaced (but did not), & honestly ( explaining why) told me no need to replace saving $150+ installation costs. Happy they are now Tire Pro

Just as they have for over 40 years, George and Stephanie helped us choose four high quality tires at a very affordable price. We appreciate working with people we know and trust. Being open on Sunday was extremely helpful for us to start the week with new tires.

Stephanie and her son Mike took excellent care of us today! New tires and an alignment! Easy experience and they honestly care so much about all of their customers! From start to finish they checked on me to make sure we were okay! Hands down love the personal care to detail they offer and show!

I just purchased my second set of tires from them because of the excellent customer service they have provided me over the last couple of years since my first set I purchased from them.
